Keith Swift was born and raised in England, but immigrated to the United States and lives with his family in Northridge California. As a home inspector, he has been in business for twenty years, in the Los Angeles and Ventura counties, and has conducted thousands of inspections. He has a doctoral degree in English, and has taught at several universities in the United States and Canada.  Keith also conducts seminars and lectures for home inspectors across the United States and Canada.
